WKF ELITE FIGHTERS NUTRITIONAL DIET FOR CHAMPIONS

MEAL ONE: 8am

·       Breakfast Cereal – Weetbix or Sports Plus or Saultana Bran

·       Drink – Orange or Pineapple juice

·       2 x Multigrain Toast (Dry)

·       4 x Egg Whites (Boiled, Scrambled)

·       1 Apple or Banana

MEAL TWO: 11am

·       1 x 200g veal or Rump Steak (No fat) grilled or steamed

·       Steamed Vegetables

·       1 x Steamed Potato

·       Sweet Potato (Steamed)

 

MEAL THREE: 2pm

·       ½ Cup Brown Rice (Steamed)

·       1 x Can of Tuna (In Brine or water)

·       1 x Apple

·       2 x Multigrain Toast (Dry)

MEAL FOUR: 5pm

·       2 x Chicken Breast (Skinless) grilled or steamed

·       Steamed Vegetables

·       1 x piece of Watermelon

 

MEAL FIVE: 8pm

·       1 x 200g piece of fish (Ocean Perch or Cod) – Steamed or grilled

·       1 x Sweet Potato (Steamed)

·       1 x Original Potato (Steamed)

·       1 x Orange or Pineapple juice

SNACKS

·       Grapes, nuts, sultanas or raisins, fresh fruit.

What is Glutathione?

Glutathione simply put is the “Master Antioxidant” in your body. Increasing glutathione levels will naturally increase your energy, detoxify your body and strengthen your immune system.
