WKF World Kickboxing Federation Head Office has just officially announced the “Opening” of it’s new WKF AZERBAIJAN Office “PRESIDENT & INTERNATIONAL PROMOTER” for 2026 & 2027!

AZERBAIJAN has “Finally” found the right man for the job, to become the “New” WKF Azerbaijan President and licensed WKF International Promoter for the next 2 years, starting “IMMEDIATELY”!

Mr EHRAM MAJIDOV – WKF Azerbaijan President & Promoter

Meet Mr EHRAM MAJIDOV – our “NEW” official WKF AZERBAIJAN President and International licensed Promoter. He is the “Future” of ALL Combat Sports in the great Country of Azerbaijan (Europe). Both he, his WKF Azerbaijan Executive Team and his Committee have joined forces to become a great force in Azerbaijan, to promote ALL styles of Combat Sports, such as Kickboxing, Boxing, MMA, Sanda/WuShu, Traditional Styles and All Forms, as well as Extreme Combat Sports for all Amateurs and Professional male and female fighters in Azerbaijan. With this great collaboration and enthusiasm, it won’t be long before WKF Azerbaijan establishes some of the World’s BEST competition fighters, and showcase the hidden talent Azerbaijan has been hiding for many years.

For years, Mr Majidov has been involved in Combat Sports Martial Arts training with the Azerbaijan National Teams for many years. Many fighters and Students trained with both he and his affiliate National Martial Artists Schools, who have gone on to become great State and National fighters with the Azerbaijan Country pride. It’s been difficult to find the right fit with a global Combat Sports Sanctioning Body, but now registered with the “Real” WKF, it’s a HUGE step in the right direction for all Azerbaijan and it’s Sporting future.

Mr Majidov was climbing the Corporate ladder way too fast to just stop there. He wanted more, to give back to his fellow Countrymen of India. So he got in contact with WKF World Kickboxing Federation World CEO/Owner Mr Robert Wilesmith to work with a globally recognized Combat Sanctioning Body – the WKF. He was ready!

Soon in early 2026, Mr Majidov and his WKF Azerbaijan Executive Team are planning an exciting “First” WKF AZERBAIJAN NATIONAL OPEN KICKBOXING CHAMPIONSHIPS, in the beautiful City of Baku, Azerbaijan (Europe).

This great Event will host an array of Azerbaijan’s great fighters, from beginners to advanced levels (Both Male and Female). The Combat Sports fighter categories are as follows:

• K1 Kickboxing.
• Muaythai Kickboxing.
• Low-Kick Kickboxing.
• Full-Contact Kickboxing.
• Light-Contact Kickboxing.
• Point-Fighting Kickboxing.
• Boxing.
• MMA – Mixed Martial Arts.
• Traditional ALL-Forms, Styles Martial Arts.
• Sanda/WuShu Kung-Fu.
• WKFECS – Extreme Combat Sports.

Fighters from all over Azerbaijan will attend this great “First Ever” WKF Azerbaijan Event, in which it will host some of the finest Male and Female Fighters in February 2026. Also, surrounding European Countries are also invited to attend to compete against Azerbaijan’s BEST finest fighters.
