Good question! The simple answer is this. We have Countries in both Africa and Asia who are requesting to HOST these great WKF Amateur World Kickboxing and MMA Championships in 2026. These type of Championships are not cheap to Host, so finding good Sponsors is the key element to raising monies to Host such a prestigious International Event.

WHEN WILL THE CHAMPIONSHIPS BE HELD?

DATES:

• Wednesday 7th October 2026 (WKF International Referees and Judges Course) 9am – 7pm.
• Thursday 8th October 2026 – Morning (Official Registrations and Weigh-Ins) 8am – 11am.
• Thursday 8th October 2026 – Lunchtime “OFFICIAL OPENING CEREMONY” (12Noon -1.30pm).
• Thursday 8th October 2026 – Afternoon/Evening (Day 1 Competition Tatami Mats Events) 2pm – 7pm.
• Friday 9th October 2026 – All Day (Day 2 Competition) 9am – 7pm.
• Saturday 10th October 2026 – All Day (Day 3 Competition) 9am – 7pm.
• Sunday 11th October, 2026 – All Day (Day 4 Competition) 9am – 5pm.
• Sunday 11th October, 2026 – Evening “OFFICIAL CLOSING CEREMONY” 6pm – 7.30pm.
• Monday 12th October, 2026 – All Day (Sightseeing)!
